With more than 20 years of experience in executive and leadership roles across the public and not‑for‑profit sectors, I bring a grounded, practical understanding of how individuals navigate complex systems and succeed within them.

As an accredited social worker (AASW), my coaching and supervision practice focuses on strengthening professional capability, enhancing reflective judgment and helping people progress their goals with intention and accountability. I work with private clients, social work students and colleagues to identify strengths, address challenges and build the skills needed for sustainable growth in demanding environments.

My background spans governance, transformation, workforce capability and organisational leadership, giving me a strong foundation for supporting others through change, complexity and career transitions. I integrate strategic insight with a relational, strengths‑focused approach that promotes confidence, resilience and purposeful action.

I hold postgraduate qualifications in business, social policy and public sector management and am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). I also contribute to several community organisations through board and volunteer roles, reflecting my commitment to service and supporting others to thrive.
