One of the most meaningful things we can do in life is support others. With this in mind, I seek opportunities, professionally and personally, to make a positive impact.
As a social worker accredited with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), I bring over 20 years of experience across executive, leadership, and practice-based roles in the public and not-for-profit sectors. My background combines strategic leadership with a deep commitment to professional development, mentoring, and reflective practice.
A key focus of my work is coaching and supervision with private clients, social work students, and colleagues across my professional environments. I support people to build confidence, capability, and resilience in complex settings. Through structured supervision, mentoring, and reflective dialogue, I help individuals identify their strengths, navigate challenges, and grow personally and professionally. My approach is strengths-based, relational, and grounded in compassion and accountability.
I hold postgraduate qualifications in business, social policy, and public sector management and am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). This blend of disciplines allows me to connect strategic thinking with human-centred leadership, ensuring people and systems thrive together.
Volunteering is an important part of my life, providing opportunities to apply my skills in leadership, mentoring, and community service to create meaningful outcomes for others.
Outside of work, I value balance and growth with travelling, reading widely, and spending time in nature. I’m energised by new experiences and the challenge of exploring life fully.
